Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly and welcomingly.
  2. Assist with daily banking operations such as account opening and card issuance.
  3. Provide advice and guidance to customers on bank products and services.
  4. Handle complaints and inquiries effectively and promptly.
  5. Collaborate with other bank teams to ensure customer needs are met.

 

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking sector.
  2. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  3. Ability to navigate computer systems and banking applications.
  4. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  5. Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
