Job Description

Responsible for the overall management, safe operation, and performance of the cyber drilling rig, ensuring efficient operations, crew coordination, and compliance with HSE and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily rig operations and coordinate all rig crew activities.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and continuous drilling operations.
• Supervise rig equipment, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and client standards.
• Monitor crew performance, work schedules, and operational discipline.
• Coordinate with the client, drilling contractor, and other site representatives.
• Maintain accurate operational, safety, and maintenance reports.
• Respond effectively to operational issues and emergencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Rig Manager, preferably on cyber/automated drilling rigs.
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations, rig systems, and HSE requirements.
• Proven leadership and crew management skills.
• Relevant drilling certifications and valid well-control certification.
• Ability to work rotational shifts in a remote rig-site environment.
