Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls. The role will work closely with Management, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank transactions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Monitor company budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements.

Review invoices, payments, purchase orders, and supporting documents.

Work closely with Procurement and Inventory teams to ensure accurate financial records.

Monitor inventory valuation and coordinate inventory reconciliations with the Finance and Inventory teams.

Oversee payroll processing and ensure payments are accurate and timely.

Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of all financial transactions in Odoo.

Prepare financial analysis and management reports using Microsoft Excel.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other external parties when required.

Ensure compliance with applicable Iraqi accounting, tax, and financial regulations.

Establish and maintain effective financial controls and approval procedures.

Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions.

Supervise and guide the finance team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including management-level responsibility.

Experience in retail, consumer electronics, technology, or distribution is preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Practical experience with Odoo Finance/Accounting is preferred.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong knowledge of Iraqi tax and financial requirements.

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Arabic and English required.
