Job Description

Responsible for managing the store’s daily accounting, cash flow, sales records, expenses, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, cash, card, and bank transactions.
• Reconcile daily cash and sales against POS records.
• Track expenses, supplier invoices, and payments.
• Monitor inventory and consumables used for detailing services.
• Prepare payroll and staff-related payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash-flow summaries.
• Monitor outstanding payments and supplier balances.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or service businesses.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting/POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced store environment.
