Job Description

The CRM Sales Officer is responsible for managing customer relationships, increasing sales, and ensuring excellent service experience for clients of the car wash and vehicle modification .

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers for repeat services and promotions.

Promote car wash packages and vehicle modification services.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Support sales targets and upselling opportunities.

Prepare basic sales and customer activity reports.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

2+ years experience in sales or customer service (automotive preferred).

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
