Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer with strong expertise in identifying, researching, and approaching qualified candidates through professional networks and online platforms. The role will focus on candidate sourcing, outreach, research, and building strong talent pipelines for various positions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct advanced candidate searches using keywords, filters, Boolean search, and sourcing techniques.

Identify and approach active and passive candidates for different roles.

Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines and talent pools.

Review candidate profiles and CVs against job requirements.

Contact and engage potential candidates through professional platforms and other channels.

Develop sourcing strategies for difficult and specialized positions.

Research companies, industries, and talent markets to identify suitable candidates.

Maintain accurate candidate databases and sourcing records.

Coordinate with the HR team to understand hiring requirements.

Provide regular sourcing updates and qualified candidate profiles.

Requirements

3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment sourcing, or a similar role.

Excellent online candidate search and sourcing skills are essential.

Strong knowledge of Boolean search and advanced search techniques.

Experience sourcing candidates across different industries and seniority levels.

Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.

Excellent research, organization, and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Arabic and English proficiency.
