The Marketing Coordinator will support the company’s marketing activities by acting as the main point of coordination between the internal team and the external marketing agency. The role will ensure that marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand communications are executed effectively and aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily communication and tasks with the appointed marketing agency.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and brand initiatives.
Review and follow up on marketing deliverables including social media content, website updates, and promotional materials.
Track campaign timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Monitor marketing performance reports and provide internal updates to management.
Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and internal reports.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
Experience working with marketing agencies is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and technology industry trends.
