Job Description

Responsible for supervising drilling operations and rig crew during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant rig performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all drilling crew activities.
• Ensure safe and efficient drilling operations in accordance with the drilling program.
• Monitor rig equipment, systems, and operational performance.
• Enforce HSE policies, procedures, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with the Rig Manager, Driller, and other rig departments.
• Manage crew performance, work allocation, and shift handovers.
• Identify and address operational issues and equipment concerns.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and operational records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Toolpusher on drilling rigs, preferably cyber/automated rigs.
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations and rig systems.
• Relevant well-control and HSE certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts in a remote rig-site environment.
