Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory and stock control across our warehouses and retail operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock records, managing inventory movements, and maintaining proper stock levels using Odoo and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor inventory across warehouses and retail locations.

Maintain accurate stock records and transactions in Odoo.

Monitor stock receipts, transfers, sales, returns, and adjustments.

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with Odoo records.

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances.

Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, damaged, and obsolete products.

Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and retail locations.

Work with Procurement and Sales teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.

Prepare inventory reports, reconciliations, and analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Maintain accurate barcode, and serial-number records where applicable.

Supervise inventory/warehouse staff and ensure compliance with stock control procedures.

Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in inventory or stock management.

Experience in retail, consumer electronics, mobile phones, IT, or technology distribution is preferred.

Hands-on experience with Odoo Inventory is required.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and team management skills.

Arabic and English required.
