Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to oversee the operations and growth of a car detailing store chain. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of multiple branches, including sales, customer experience, staff management, operational efficiency, profitability, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and performance of all branches.

Set and achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Develop and implement operational and commercial strategies to grow the business.

Monitor branch performance through sales, costs, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Lead, manage, and develop branch managers and operational teams.

Ensure consistent service quality and customer experience across all locations.

Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for car detailing and related services.

Monitor service quality, turnaround times, productivity, and customer complaints.

Manage pricing, promotions, packages, and commercial offers in coordination with management.

Monitor inventory, equipment, chemicals, tools, and consumables across branches.

Work closely with Finance and Procurement to control costs and improve margins.

Develop relationships with suppliers, corporate clients, fleet operators, and strategic partners.

Identify new business opportunities, locations, services, and revenue streams.

Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and staffing requirements.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards.

Prepare regular operational and financial performance reports for senior management.

Lead the opening and setup of new branches when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive, or a related field.

7+ years of management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior operational or General Manager role.

Experience managing multiple branches or locations is required.

Experience in car detailing, automotive services, car care, automotive retail, or a similar service-based business is highly preferred.

Strong commercial understanding with proven experience managing revenue and profitability.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Excellent customer service and business development skills.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and operational KPIs.

Ability to analyze business performance and make data-driven decisions.

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Arabic and English required.
