Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the retail store, drive sales performance, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The role will also be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and coordinating with the Inventory, Sales, Finance, and Procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the retail store and ensure smooth business activities.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.

Monitor daily sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.

Monitor store inventory and ensure all sales, transfers, returns, and stock movements are properly recorded in Odoo.

Conduct and support regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Coordinate with the Inventory and Procurement teams regarding stock availability and replenishment.

Ensure proper product presentation, pricing, merchandising, and store appearance.

Monitor cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and coordination with Finance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security controls.

Train and develop store employees and monitor individual performance.

Support promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.

Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in retail or store management.

Experience in consumer electronics, mobile phones, IT, or technology retail is preferred.

Experience using Odoo or similar POS/ERP systems is preferred.

Strong sales and customer service skills.

Good leadership and team management abilities.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Arabic and English required.
