Job Description

The Inventory / Stock Manager is responsible for managing inventory across retail stores, ensuring accurate stock records, optimal inventory levels, and efficient stock movement. 

Ideal candidates are those who has retail experience only. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory across warehouses and retail branches, ensuring high stock accuracy.
• Oversee stock receiving, transfers, returns, and dispatch while maintaining accurate ERP/POS records.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and security of inventory, particularly high-value technology products.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory, recommending appropriate actions.
• Prepare regular inventory reports, analyze stock performance, and provide recommendations to improve inventory efficiency.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to support demand planning and product availability.
• Supervise inventory and warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of inventory or warehouse management experience, preferably within consumer electronics or retail.
• Experience using Odoo systems .
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
