Job Description

Responsible for managing and implementing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across drilling operations, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety meetings.
• Investigate incidents and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with HSE and environmental requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all operations and crews.
• Maintain QHSE documentation, reports, and performance records.
• Lead emergency response planning and safety drills.
• Liaise with clients, management, and regulatory authorities on QHSE matters.

Requirements

• Proven QHSE experience in drilling or oil & gas operations.
• Relevant QHSE/HSE qualifications and certifications.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and HSE management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a remote and rotational work environment.
