Job Description

Responsible for operating and monitoring the cyber rig drilling systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and controlled drilling operations in accordance with the drilling program.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor drilling equipment and automated rig systems.
• Control drilling parameters and maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor well conditions and respond to operational changes.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment and safety checks.
• Coordinate with the Toolpusher and rig crew.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate drilling logs and shift reports.
• Report equipment issues and abnormal operating conditions promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Driller, preferably on cyber/automated drilling rigs.
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations and rig systems.
• Valid well-control and relevant HSE certifications.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts in a remote rig-site environment.
