E-COMMERCE MANAGER

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for building, managing, and growing online sales channels including the website, social commerce platforms, and digital integrations. The role ensures a seamless online customer journey, accurate product content, stock synchronization with stores, and strong digital sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the DNA e-commerce website and product listings
- Coordinate product content, images, descriptions, and pricing
- Ensure stock synchronization between stores, warehouse, and website
- Manage online orders, delivery coordination, and customer follow-up
- Integrate and manage Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, and social commerce
- Monitor online KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sales performance)
- Plan online promotions and campaigns with the marketing team
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory for product availability
- Improve user experience and website performance continuously
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in E-commerce management
- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social commerce
- Experience with ERP/POS integration (Odoo preferred)
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
